THE CAST

Candy Boyd (MRS. BOYLE)

Candy Boyd (MRS. BOYLE)

Candy first walked into the Playhouse 29 years ago and has been addicted since. She has worked in all areas of the theatre. Her recent credits include playing Lucille in Dearly Departed and costumes for The Lion King Jr. On a personal note, Candy likes cats.

Josh Carpenter (DET. SGT. TROTTER)

Josh is a freshman in college and has been doing shows with the Playhouse since his freshman year of high school. He is currently studying to be a teacher and is hoping to continue to do shows throughout college. He hopes that “The Mousetrap” can provide a sense of normalcy in these trying times.

Andrew Conway (CHRISTOPHER WREN)

Andrew Conway (CHRISTOPHER WREN)

Andrew is thrilled to be returning to the MPH stage as Christopher Wren in Mousetrap! Andrew was last seen at the playhouse in the second stage production of Love/Sick where he played several different characters. Some of Andrew’s favorite roles include Dr. Frankenstein in “Young Frankenstein”, Max in “Lend me a Tenor”, Ellard Simms in “The Foreigner”, and Sir Dennis Galahad in “Spamalot”. Andrew would like to dedicate his performance to the great friends he made during another production of Mousetrap: Jeff, Rob, James, and Ron. “Who do you believe? Who can you trust? Can you find the killer?!”

David Derrenberger (MAJOR METCALF)

“The Mousetrap” is David’s second foray into theatre having played the role of Sam Larsen in a “A Gift to Remember” last year.

“I hope my attempts to use a British accent will be passable and that the play is a huge success!” “Cheerio!!!”

Tori O'Brien (MOLLY RALSTON)

Tori O'Brien (MOLLY RALSTON)

is thrilled to be performing as Mollie in this production. Most recently, she has served as costumer for “Leading Ladies”, “Madagascar”, and other Mansfield Playhouse productions. She is especially excited to be performing alongside her husband, Daniel who she met at the Playhouse 10 years ago. “Enjoy the show and stay on the edge of your seat.”

Daniel O'Brien ( GILES RALSTON)

Dan has taken delight in working toward developing the wonderful ensemble of this lovely production. He is a veteran of the Playhouse stage with many shows under his belt. “Hope you enjoy! Be safe out there!”

Daniel O'Brien ( GILES RALSTON)
Josie Schave (MISS CASEWELL)

Josie Schave (MISS CASEWELL)

is honored to be performing in her second MPH production. Playing Miss Casewell has been a fun challenge, especially on the heels of playing Audrey in “Leading Ladies” at the Playhouse earlier this year (which required very little acting, all things considered). She’d like to thank the cast, crew, and director for all their hard work and dedication, much of which the audience never gets to see. Finally, to any of her middle school students in attendance, she has to say, “Swearing doesn’t count if it’s onstage!”

Doug Wertz (MR. PARAVICINI)

is blessed to work with such a dedicated cast in this wonderful production of “The Mousetrap”. He has played in countless stage roles, video productions, and a few feature films. He and his wife, Tammy are blessed with their six children, and soon to be six grandchildren!
